Corporate Officer / General Partner / Director of Operations / Started a company specializing in

telecommunications construction. Incorporated in 2000. Directed all facets of operations, including marketing,

sales, finance, payroll, accounting, project management, safety and compliance.

  · Cell Site Backhaul Upgrade. Extended osp fiber optic cable with termination for Cox Communications, Inc.

to various cell sites in So Cal providing service for multiple wireless carriers such as T Mobile, Sprint, and

Verizon. Also provided identical work as a sub contractor for HP Communications, Inc. for Freedom

Telecommunication, Inc. dark fiber network.

  · Aerial Fiber Node Construction. Provided aerial crews as a sub contractor for HP Communications, Inc. to

construct miles of new plant for Next-G Communications, Inc. in Los Angeles and Riverside Counties. This

work consisted of strand placement, make ready, and fiber lashing.

  · Node Return Certification Testing. Awarded all Node Certification testing by Media One and AT&T

Broadband in Los Angeles, Orange, and Riverside counties, which consisted of approximately 1000 nodes.

Work performed using a Spectrum Analyzer in Head End measuring and recording RF levels, and carrier to

noise response at multiple frequencies, transmitted at node locations.

  · Cable To The Classroom. Installed a CATV outlet for Copley Colony Cablevision to every classroom in

Costa Mesa, Ca. Provided all on site fiber extension work as a sub contractor for HP Communications, Inc. to

all Newport Mesa Schools MPOE'S (Sunesys) and also performed identical work in the ABC Cerritos School

District (Freedom Telecommunications, Inc / Time Warner Business Class)
